Judy Chin

Project Assistant

Judy Chin is a Project Assistant at the National Institute on Out-of-School Time (NIOST) at the Wellesley Centers for Women. With over 20 years of project management experience, she supports all aspects of trainings conducted by NIOST and other related activities.

Prior to joining NIOST in 2011, Judy worked in the private sector as an engineer and project manager in the life science industry, owned a consulting business with her husband, and was on the board of directors for the Needham Education Foundation (Needham, MA).  She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and a MS in Engineering Management from Northeastern University.
