As an Extension Professor at the University of Maine, Doug leads statewide initiatives in Community Leadership & Creative Partnerships Development based at the University of Maine Regional Learning Center at Tidewater Farm in Falmouth, Maine.

Doug’s career has focused on integrating transformational leadership principles and practices in his work with communities, non-profit leaders and clergy. His most recent work explores the personal and professional renewal of educators who seek to create authentic ways to integrate who they are with what they do.
