Singhashri Gazmuri

Singhashri Gazmuri brings over twelve years of experience to her consulting practice, including youth development program design and implementation, facilitating local and statewide planning and change management processes, leading institutional strategic planning, developing and delivering training curriculum for after school staff and professional development providers, and integrating equity and diversity principles and practices into the youth development and community college fields.

Most recently at California Tomorrow, Singhashri Gazmuri oversaw capacity building and technical assistance projects with a focus on equity-driven systems change through assessment, transformative dialogue, planning, and strategy development.· Her clients included California community college leaders whom she partnered with to implement change management processes aimed at improving outcomes for their most vulnerable students.· Prior to joining California Tomorrow, Ms. Gazmuri worked as project director at the California School-Age Consortium (CalSAC).· While there she worked in partnership with the San Francisco Unified School District, the Department of Children, Youth and Their Families, and other intermediary organizations to spearhead the Afterschool for All Technical Assistance Collaborative, a unique effort to provide high-quality, well coordinated professional development and support to San Francisco’s afterschool workforce.
