Hotel accommodations are available within the Wellesley College Club. NIOST has reserved a block of rooms at a 20% discount off the current rate for Summer Seminar participants. When making reservations at the Wellesley College Club Inn, be sure to ask for the NIOST Summer Seminar room block and mention group code “NIOST” to take advantage of the NIOST special rate. The room block rate is available through June 10, 2013; after that date the rooms will be released to the general public at the standard rate. Only a limited number of rooms are available, so reservations should be made as soon as possible.

Located just six miles from the Wellesley College campus and across the street from one of the premier shopping malls in New England is The Verve Crowne Plaza in Natick, MA. NIOST has reserved a block of rooms at a rate of $129 per night for Summer Seminar participants. Reservations can be made in two ways:

Please note that this room block is available through 5:00pm ET on June 10, 2013; after that date all of the rooms left in the block will be released back into the hotel’s general inventory. Only a limited number of rooms are available, so reservations should be made as soon as possible.

The Verve Crowne Plaza provides free shuttle service within a 2-mile radius of the hotel. Please contact the hotel for details.

Participants staying at The Verve Crowne Plaza are responsible for their transportation between the hotel and the Wellesley College Club. Please visit our Transportation page for more information.
