Register for QRIS Assessment of Afterschool Program Practices Tool (APT) Training 

Now that you are ready to register and submit payment for an upcoming APT training, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following information:

• Full name, job title, telephone number and email address of each person you would like to register
• Your organization name, address, telephone number and email address
• Training location/date you prefer. For a full list of training sites and dates, go to http://www.niost.org/qris
• Payment method: Check, P.O. or Credit Card (preferred)

Upon receipt, we will respond with your total fee due and a link for you to submit your credit card payment or instructions on how to pay by check or P.O.

Please keep in mind that registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and seats will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Also, we we strongly encourage organizations to send at least two people. Those that send 2 or more people will receive $25 off per registrant.
