Building an Outcomes Evaluation System Phase IIIProject Director: Wendy Surr, M.A.Team Member: Ellen Gannett, M.Ed. Funded by the Massachusetts Department of Elementry and Secondary Education (DESE), NIOST will design and develop and additional tool measurement tool to add to the APAS system. This tool, a youth survey, will be used by DESE to better understand youth needs, their program experiences and help pinpoint areas where youth may benefit from additional support. The SAYO-Y, in particular, will provide programs with data on important youth outcomes that are associated with later academic and life success but which have not been possible to measure through teacher and staff responses to the SAYO-T and SAYO-S. |
