If you are experiencing problems:

1.)We recommend using these browsers for PC users Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox.

 

2.)During the tutorial you will be asked to download several Microsoft Word documents. You must have Microsoft Word installed on your computer. If you do not you could copy the .doc files to another computer that does have Microsoft Word.
