After-School All-Stars (ASAS) offers a proven alternative for middle school children. ASAS engages them in activities and on-going relationships that increase confidence and encourage success in all areas of their lives at home, in school, and in the community.

California School-Age Consortium's mission is to promote the welfare of school-age children and enhance the quality of family and community life.

Charting Our Progress: Aiming for Results in Georgia is an online resource developed by the Georgia Policy Council for Children and Families, Children's Trust Fund Commission and the Family Connection. Educators, community members, policy makers or anyone interested in Georgia's children and families can access important, timely, county-level data on child health, child development, school success, family functioning and economic capacity.

Children's Aid Society is a voluntary, nonsectarian agency that provides a broad spectrum of health, education, recreation, and emergency services to New York City's neediest children and families.

Connecticut After School Network's vision is that every Connecticut child and youth will have the opportunity to participate in high quality, affordable after school programs. Their mission is to lead, educate and advocate for excellence in the after school field by building professionalism, strengthening program quality and increasing availability and affordability.

Girls' Coalition, The Girls' Coalition is a consortium of Boston-area organizations working to support girls' healthy development through programs and services, research, and advocacy. The Girls' Coalition provides information about local professional development events, new resources available on girls' development, and ways to get involved.

Indiana School-Age Consortium
The Indiana School-Age Consortium (ISAC) exists to unite service providers, community organizations, school corporations, parents, funding sources and citizens in a statewide coordinated effort to identify the needs and promote the welfare of school-age children 5 to 18 years old. The organization provides training, information, and networking opportunities for youth workers throughout the state. Professional development of youth workers is a Consortium high priority. As a result, the Indiana Youth Development Credential positions Indiana as the eleventh state to develop such a credentialing process. The credential provides an opportunity for adults working with youth to gain professional recognition for demonstrating competence on the job. The Consortium collaborates with the twelve Ivy Technical Community Colleges and the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® INDIANA Scholarships to recruit and train potential students for the Indiana Youth Development (IYD) Credential. More information about the Consortium and the Credential is available on the web site or by contacting ISAC at 317-259-9491.

National Mentoring Partnership's After-School Program Clearinghouse is designed to provide you with tools and resources to add a mentoring component to your after-school program.

Missouri School Age Coalition (MOSAC2) is a non-profit organization that supports, trains and unifies professionals in the field of school-age child care and out-of-school time. MOSAC2 is dedicated to promoting public support and awareness of the benefits provided by in out-of-school time programs.

New Jersey School-Age Care Coalition The mission of the NJSACC is to promote and support the development, continuity and expansion of quality programs for children and youth during out-of-school time.

New England Workforce Partners is a joint endeavor by the six New England states (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT) to address the difficulty of attracting and retaining qualified staff to care for children. NEW Partners share experiences, knowledge, research and data to collectively tackle this issue. NEW Partners will create a model for regional data collection and analysis that can be used to better inform policy makers, providers, parents and researchers - ultimately improving the quality of care young children receive. 

Prevention First, Inc. has roots in alcohol and other drug abuse prevention. However, the organization's programs have expanded to promote health care reform across a broad spectrum of concerns.

Southeastern Pennsylvania School Age Child Care Project's mission has been to encourage the development and expansion of high quality, innovative, school-age child care programs that are affordable and accessible to working families in Philadelphia.

The Tutor/Mentor Connection is afterschool programs where kids can connect with adults, learn skills, be safe, and find the support to help them climb the ladder to a career.
