Since 1993, CANFIT has been at the heart of the movement to improve healthy eating and physical activity environments for adolescents in low-income communities and communities of color. From grassroots to government, CANFIT works with community-based and youth-serving organizations to identify local solutions and support the development of culturally competent policy and practices.
