Coordinated school health is an organized, effective and efficient approach to maximizing the health and well-being of both students and school staff. Schools cannot be expected to tackle health alone. Students, families, communities, government agencies, and the media all have an important role. Encouraging collaboration and sharing knowledge and resources will help to ensure healthy schools and healthy, successful students.
